THIRD PARTY TERM MEMBERSHIPS
Third Party representatives wishing to be invoiced to purchase a Membership on behalf of a client should follow the process below.
Please find below pricing for term membership products available at the Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre from the 1st July 2024.
6 Month Aquatic Access: $331.00 (inc. GST)
6 Month Gym & Aquatics Access: $617.00 (inc. GST)
12 Month Aquatic Access: $616.00 (inc. GST)
12 Month Gym & Aquatic Access: $1,195.00 (inc GST)
Please note that access to the facility IS NOT available until payment is received.
The centre WILL NOT chase up any unpaid memberships. It is the responsibility of the case manager or purchasing officer completing this form to ensure they liaise with their own finance/accounts team to ensure payment is made.
Invoices more than 30 days overdue will be voided and memberships will need to be re-requested via this form.
